Objectives
Find measures of arcs by measuring central angles with a protractor.
Write measures of minor arcs and calculate measures of major arcs using measures of central angles.

Assignment 10.8 is an introduction to the degree measure of arcs.
Prerequisite Skills: Name central angles and their intercepted arcs (Assignment 10.6). Measure angles with a protractor (Assignment 2.5).
Definitions: The measure of an arc is the measure of the central angle that intercepts the arc.
The measure of a major arc is the measure of its central angle subtracted from 360.
