Prerequisite Skills:  Find areas of polygons by adding and subtracting areas (Assignment 8.2).  Find areas of rectangles (Assignment 8.3).  Find lengths of sides of polygons by applying the theorem about opposite sides of rectangles (Assignment 4.22).
