About Geometry Worksheet Assignment 9.6:                   

 

Assignment 9.6 is an introduction to using the Distance formula and the Pythagorean Theorem converse in classifying triangles as acute, right, or obtuse.

 

Prerequisite Skills:  Find the distance between two points using the Distance formula (Assignment 9.2).  Apply the Pythagorean Theorem converse to classify angles as acute, right, or obtuse (Assignment 7.4).
