Definitions: A quadrilateral with exactly one pair of parallel sides is a trapezoid. The parallel sides of a trapezoid are the bases. The non-parallel sides are
the legs. Pairs of angles with vertices at the endpoints of a base are base angles.
A quadrilateral with two pairs of parallel sides is a parallelogram.
